We’re Sky and Avi. Collectively we have 35+ years of experience living in, working for, and studying the intentional communities movement. We’re passionate about making the world a better place and intentional community is how we’ve chosen to do that.
Consulting
As facilitators of change, we see ourselves as guides to help bring about necessary change for forming or transforming groups. We hold space and listen deeply in order to perceive, reveal, and connect with what wants and needs to emerge.
We are available as consultants to intentional communities and other cooperative groups. We specialize in a whole-systems approach to uncover core issues and hidden dynamics, develop shared understanding, and find ways to move forward together.
Community Incubator
We are seeking a home base where we can experiment with community designs, focus on our work of starting a new community and supporting the movement, and cultivate our network of relationships.
Because of who we are and our depth of experience, we are in a unique position to learn from the generations of communitarians that have come before us and take the next big step in creating communities that can have a greater impact on both society and individual wellbeing.
