Facilitators of Change
Facilitation - the art of making something easier - is at the heart of our work.
We see ourselves as guides to help bring about necessary change for forming and transforming groups, especially those at a pivotal moment or in transition. We hold space and listen deeply in order to perceive, reveal, and connect with what wants and needs to emerge.
Our philosophy
We hold intention, intimacy, and integrity as our guideposts as we work at the confluence of purpose, strategy, and relationships.
We bring an analysis and awareness of power, privilege, oppression, trauma, justice, and identity into all of the work we do.
We use a whole-systems approach to
uncover underlying dynamics, develop shared understanding,
and identify leverage points for focused action.

“My community is aging, had lost our spiritual guides, and faced the need to rally or dissolve. Our connection to Sky Blue’s skills as a community advisor led us to the team of Sky and Avi for a retreat both cathartic and empowering. They did their homework and saw many ways that we could address our structural, relational, and spiritual issues to move forward with our work. Our gratitude for their skills and hard advice, lovingly delivered, will be heard throughout our community for years.”
